Andrew has been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years. He received his home inspector training and is certified through the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT) which is the largest home inspector training institute in the country.

He has passed the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE)and is a member of multiple industry-related associations where he continues to further his expertise in the field of home inspection.

He holds multiple licenses and certifications through the state of New York and the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA).
